Work handover is an activity in which a construction and installation enterprise hands over the completed construction and installation volume to the principal under a signed contract. Handover products can be works, work items or stages of work as agreed in the contract of acceptance. The Construction Law has dedicated a specific law to describe a number of tasks during the handover of construction works. Accordingly, the handover of construction works shall be carried out only after completing the acceptance test and putting the works and ensuring safety in operation and exploitation when the works are put into use.
